Refund and Returns Policy

Delivery:

We highly value the urgency of your order(s). We make our strongest effort to ensure that your ordered product(s) reach your door as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation call/email/SMS from us to verify the placed order and to initiate the delivery process.
After your order is confirmed, it will be delivered to your given address in the next 10 to 12 business days anywhere in Pakistan.
We are committed in providing you the best delivery times and options. For all easily shippable items, we will deliver the items at our earliest. Any personal of Delivery Company or the management itself will not be held responsible if the attempted delivery fails due to any of the reasons mentioned hereunder:
• Non availability of recipient at the delivery address.
• Invalid or outdated delivery address given on file.
• Wrong order placed online at the time of checking out or confirming order.
• Delays due to the city’s law and order situation.
• Any act of nature, vandalism or strikes being called on that particular day.
• We start the shipping process within 24 hours of the conformation of order. So, if you want to cancel or modify any order, please inform our Customer Services Department within those 24 hours.

Returns & Exchange Policy:

In case, you receive a damaged product (damage as defined by the situations in the prior question), please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately. In case you notice an issue later, please get in touch with us on our customer care number UAN: 111 13 15 17
Our team will assess the damage and revert within 1-2 days with a solution. We will either replace the piece or take any other corrective measure to solve the problem.
As per company policy: All Sales are final. No Exchange. No Refund.

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee before credit is issued.

If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.

Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above – including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
